BASIC POLICY

1. 1. We will always pay attention to environmental aspects relating our production activities, our products, and our services and we will focus on preventing pollution and continuous improvement in the area of environmental protection in a technologically as well as economically capable manner.
2. 2. We will conduct our operations in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and standards concerning environmental protection and provide a mechanism for self-monitoring to ensure compliance and continual improvement.
3. 3. In regard to our business activities and services, we will set specific targets and objectives to prevent environmental pollution and to reduce environmental burden. Also, we will enhance our product stewardship.
   So, we shall seek:
   1. 1) Promote energy and resource savings for environmental protection.
   2. 2) Improve our work efficiency for cost reduction.
   3. 3) Reduce waste by promoting 3R(Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) activities.
   4. 4) Adhere to the Ship Recycling Convention.
4. 4. We will promote environmental education for our employees and share new environmental knowledge in order to make use of that in practice.
5. 5. We will emphasis the importance of our environmental policy within the company and discuss with outside parties who are concerned about the environment.
